I support your Civil Rights in all respects. As I know that God affirms your love and partnership, I affirm that your marital status be recognized under the laws of New York, right here and right now! I trust that Governor Cuomo will make good on his pledge to sign appropriate legislation to grant you full marriage equality very soon, joining Connecticut and Massachusetts and other forward-thinking States in granting you the marital rights you deserve, thereby opening the door to full equality for you in this State.

I will proudly officiate your wedding ceremony now, and will meet with you again at no additional cost when the license you are entitled to becomes legally available to you! I will sign your marriage license with great pride, indeed!

I am a long-time veteran of your struggle for equal rights. Along with nearly a million other people, I took a stand for equality at the NATIONAL MARCH ON WASHINGTON on Sunday, April 25, 1993, and have continued to support equal rights for LGBTQ people ever since that time.

I celebrate your love, commitment and marriage, and believe that all couples who choose to dedicate their lives to one another in matrimony or spiritual union deserve my wholehearted dedication in creating the most memorable ceremony possible for your special day.
